Property All Risks Insurance
Indemnifies against physical loss or damage caused by accident to the insured property and it includes protection and coverage against the following main risks:
- Fire, lightning, aircraft, explosion, or earthquake
- Strike, riot, civil commotion, or malicious damage
- Tempest, flood, or bursting of pipes and apparatus (including sprinklers leakage)
- Damage to property as a result of impact by own vehicle
- Theft or attempted theft, including break-in damage
- Aircraft (excluding sonic bang), i.e., falling off the aircraft or aircraft parts
